    * We work closely with you to recommend the best Mandarin program for your child
    * Financial assistance is available on a case per case basis
    Tutoring
    We offer tutoring program to students of all nationalities to enrich their Mandarin learning, even to those who do not attend our school. For students who do not speak Mandarin at home, this provides additional opportunities to enhance their listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.

    Registration and Refund Policy
    1. Students currently enrolled are encouraged to pre-register to reserve a seat in next year's class, since we have a limitation of 16 students per class.
    2. Regular non-refundable administration fee is $30. For students enrolling for both Fall semester 2009 and Spring semester 2010 during pre-register period of May 2 through May 16, 2009, the $30 administration fee is waived.
    3. There is a $30 penalty charge per tuition check returned by the bank.
    4. Withdrawal and tuition refund request must be in writing, and if postmarked, or received by a school officer, by 9/2/2009 (at least 10 days prior to first day of school 9/12/2009), the school will refund the amount of the tuition paid , annual or semester, less $30 non-refundable administration fee.
    5. For written withdrawal and tuition refund request postmarked, or received by a school officer, by 10/3/2009 (within 3 weeks from 9/12/2009), the refund will be half the annual tuition paid less $30 administration fee. There is no refund for students who made payment for one semester only.
    6. There is no refund for withdrawal request postmarked, or received by a school officer, after 10/3/2009 (3 weeks after first day of school.)
    7. Withdrawal request will not be processed unless all of the followings are included: parents and student's English name, class level, address, phone number and/or e-mail address, reason for the withdrawal, and a self-addressed stamped envelop with correct postage.
    8. All fees are subject to change without prior notice
