Tutoring Program
* We offer tutoring program. For students who need to take additional lessons to enhance their listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.

Registration and Refund Policy
  1. Students currently enrolled are encouraged to pre-register to reserve a seat in next year's class, since we have a limitation of 15 students per class. To reserve a seat, please send us $25 non-refundable deposit along with the enrollment form to school's mailing address
  2. Regular non-refundable administration fee is $25. For students enrolling for both Fall semester 2010 and Spring semester 2011 during pre-register period of May 2 through May 22, 2010, the $25 administration fee is waived.
  3. There is a $30 penalty charge per tuition check returned by the bank.
  4. Withdrawal and tuition refund request must be in writing, and if postmarked, or received by a school officer, by 9/1/2010 (at least 10 days prior to first day of school 9/11/2009), the school will refund the amount of the tuition paid , annual or semester, less $25 non-refundable administration fee.
  5. For written withdrawal and tuition refund request postmarked, or received by a school officer, by 10/2/2010 (within 3 weeks from 9/12/2010), the refund will be half the annual tuition paid less $25 administration fee. There is no refund for students who made payment for one semester only.
  6. There is no refund for withdrawal request postmarked, or received by a school officer, after 10/2/2010 (3 weeks after first day of school.)
  7. Withdrawal request will not be processed unless all of the followings are included: parents and student's English name, class level, address, phone number and/or e-mail address, reason for the withdrawal, and a self-addressed stamped envelop with correct postage.
  8. The above refund policy applies to all Hwa Shin Chinese School campuses.
  9. All fees are subject to change without prior notice
